Founded by Eric Worth, CTS built a strong foundation in delivering comprehensive managed IT services, business process formation and re-engineering, accounting platform setup, hosting services, project management, and seamless software integration. For over three decades, CTS has honed and continuously improved these core services, establishing a proven track record of helping SMBs optimize their technology and operations. CTS’s deep expertise also extends to specialization in various critical software platforms that are vital for many SMBs, including QuickBooks, SAP Business One, and Qlikview BI Reporting, allowing them to provide tailored solutions that meet diverse business needs.
The Formation of Collaborative Tech Services
Building upon this rich history and extensive experience supporting SMBs through CTS, Collaborative Tech Services was formed in 2025 as a dedicated subsidiary. This strategic expansion allows Collaborative Tech Services to sharpen its focus on transformative services such as SAP modernization (recognizing the growing need in the SMB market), virtualization solutions (including VCF), comprehensive health checks, and a proactive “Art of the Possible” advisory approach designed to empower SMBs to leverage advanced technologies. The creation of Collaborative Tech Services represents its commitment to proactively addressing the evolving technology landscape and providing small and medium-sized businesses with the strategic guidance and specialized expertise required to navigate complex digital transformations and achieve their future goals.
